With over 30 years of ministry experience as a missionary, pastor, and assistant director at a pregnancy center, she brings deep wisdom and compassion to every season of life. She currently serves as COO at Thrive Nonprofit Partners, where they offer fractional CFO services.
As a proud mom of three adopted children, Denise is deeply connected to the adoption community—supporting birth moms, adoptive families, and children with care and understanding. Outside of ministry and leadership, she finds inspiration in her garden and on her developing homestead, where lessons of growth, resilience, and flourishing in every season become living metaphors for faith and life.
